When carrying out any role within the security services, we do our upmost to ensure that as little disruption is caused for our clients and their customers. This allows for businesses to run as smoothly as possible.

HATE CRIME AMBASSADOR

A high percentage of our staff and managers have trained with Essex police as, Hate crime ambassadors. We offer equality within venues and are able to support and assist clients and customers who feel they have been targeted, we can offer advice and signpost people to the appropriate route when wishing to report an incident.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

All of our staff are trained in a high level of customer service to ensure that the transition between your staff and ours is seamless.

When discussing the bespoke service that each of our clients require, the expectation of and the need for the staff to fluidly fit in will be discussed.

All staff will complete extensive and comprehensive face to face training as well as, telephone-based communications, regularly updated and flexible, to the adapting needs of the client.

This training will be refreshed every 12 months, although will be closely monitored on a weekly basis and any minor issues will be addressed immediately.

SECURITY AUDITS

As part of our service, a basic security audit is completed twice a year. We share the details of our findings with clients and advice where changes could have a positive impact on their business. If required we could extend this to an in depth audit or security penetration testing and training programme.

ACT ACTION COUNTER TERRORISM

Working in conjunction with Essex Police we can help to provide the ACT training, We deliver a short course on the Actions for counter terrorism to staff, where they will receive a certificate of attendance.

We have the facility to provide a bespoke package encompassing a more rounded content for the venues we secure, for example ‘understanding body language’ customer service training and ACT training as one package.
